Training and Placement Events

The training and placement department at SCOP strives to bridge the gap between the Institute and Industry. The department provides personal and career-oriented support to students by conducting several career-oriented workshops, soft skill training and campus recruitment training. Several companies have been visiting the college every year to tap and recruit the young talented students. There are many students who pursue higher studies and get admission into prestigious institutions in India and overseas.The objective of the training department is to train students in soft skills, develop their personality and prepare them for the corporate world and help them succeed in their respective field. Training builds the confidence of the students and improves their ability to perform their job.

The seminar was conducted by Mr. Swapnil Mali on “Personality Development”. The students benefited as on particularly for how to cherish self-confidence or yourself

 

The seminar was conducted by Mr. Mahesh Shinde on “Career Guidance”.The students benefited as on particularly for Competitive exam like UPSC, MPSC. Some students were interested in Competitive examination. Our Principal Dr. R. K. Dumbre Sir guided to students on importance of competitive exams.

The industrial visit was  Conducted atSaived Pharma Pvt. Ltd. Jejurifor third year students.

 

 

Siddhant College of Pharmacy had organized three days training program by Rubicon’s “Connect with Work” Program, supported by Barclays for the benefit of final year students of SCOP.Mr. Aniruddha Pathak and Mr. Prashant Farnandisfrom Barcleys were the resource persons for this training program.

 

Industry visit of students to Barclays center in Pune where the students  interacted with employees of Barclays and  got their queries answered on career options and career growth as well as the latest trends in the industry.
