Thepractical exposure in pharmacy curriculum is necessary. Keeping in mind necessity of practical training in various aspects of drugs &dosage formspacious and utility oriented laboratories have been constructed. We have laboratories for Pharmaceutics, Pharmaceutical Chemistry , Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy& Pilot Plant. The laboratories are well equipped with chemicals, glass wares, equipments, instruments and machineries, which are required for training & it add more industry & research based approach in student

The classrooms and tutorial rooms are of required standards which are provided with all facilities for teaching- learning process. Along with classical facilities like blackboard, chalk, the desk chairs etc. and other facilities are also provided viz. LCD projectors, OHP , etc., which are at par with modern designs standards of virtual class room. It boosts presentation skill and provides best suitable environment for the discussions and debate. The computer center has adequate number of terminals with internet facility, power backup and necessary educational software’s for students. A minimum of twenty students can easily work in the laboratory at a time.

Program Outcomes
A. Graduates will acquire adequate scientific information regarding basic principles of Pharmaceutical and Medicinal chemistry, Pharmaceutics including Cosmetology, Pharmacology and Pharmacognosy. They will also have hands on training of practical aspects of Synthesis of APIs and its intermediates along with Formulation and Development, Analysis and Quality assurance of various pharmaceutical dosage forms including those of herbal origin as per standards of official books, WHO, and other regulatory agencies.
B. Graduate will be able to think logically and solve the problems, will develop an ability to conduct, analyze and interpret data of pharmaceutical experiments in various departments (Eg: Drug discovery, Formulation & Development, Production, Quality control & Quality assurance etc) as per the needs of pharmaceutical industries
C. Graduates will develop an ability to visualize and work on multidisciplinary tasks. They will be able to demonstrate necessary skills (eg.working independently, time management and organizational skills).They will demonstrate an adaptable, flexible and effective approach towards organizational development.
D. Graduates will develop interpersonal skills such as influencing others, negotiating and working with others, conflict management and leading others through the problem-solving process. They will be able to lead and function both individually and as a member of a team.
E. Graduates will demonstrate knowledge of professional and ethical responsibilities as per pharmaceutical jurisprudence. They will be able to demonstrate knowledge and skills in all disciplines of Pharmaceutical sciences and develop a sound pharmaceutical care plan to manage medication-related problems. They will retrieve, evaluate, and apply current drug information in the delivery of pharmaceutical care and assure safe and accurate preparation and dispensing of medications.
F. Graduates will demonstrate the impact of pharmacy knowledge on the society and also will be aware of modern issues. They will create awareness of healthcare issues through interactions with others and will gain a sense of self-respect towards community and citizenship.
G. Graduates will be able to demonstrate a high-level of understanding of the key stages in drug discovery, development, and commercialization. This will lead to the manufacturing of drugs and pharmaceuticals considering its impact on the environment and surrounding.
H. The graduates will swear by a code of ethics of Pharmacy Council of India in relation to community and shall act as integral part of a health care system. They will demonstrate honesty, integrity, ethical understanding, and respect for others and will carry out their professional responsibilities by adhering to high ethical standards.
I. The graduates will acquire excellent interpersonal oral communication and writing skills. They will be able to demonstrate knowledge and proficiency with current audio-visual presentation technologies and develop an ability to communicate scientific knowledge in non-expert/lay term by adopting various modes of scientific communications (e.g., abstract, manuscripts, project reports, oral and poster presentations etc). This will allow effective exchange of professional information
J. Graduates will master the key concepts in the discipline of their interest in pharmaceutical sciences. They will demonstrate these skills to use modern pharmaceutical tools, software, and equipments to analyze & solve problems.
K. Graduates will apply theoretical and practical skills developed through classroom, laboratories and team project experiences and thus will develop confidence and will be able to i) do specialized research in the core and applied areas of pharmaceutical sciences. ii) manufacture, analyse and assure the drug based formulations. iii) promote and market the pharmaceuticals and iv) train the budding pharmacist to become self-reliant pharmacist and a health care professional.
Code of Conduct
Rule and regulations at our institutes are set to provide students with guidelines of expected behavior. These guidelines are set not only to teach children to respect themselves, but also to respect others. When a child misbehaves or acts inappropriately, redirection, distraction and / or firm limit setting is used in the first hand. Calming down time is used if the misbehavior continues. We practice a positive approach to discipline.
• The students should strictly obey the instructions given by the Principal & Teacher from time to time.
• The students should carry an identity card with them regularly and it should be produced if demanded by authority of the college.
• Students should be regular and punctual in attending the classes and practical’s. The students are required to submit their assignments in the time failing which they shall be subjected to disciplinary action.
• The college expects 100% attendance for the theory & practical sessions. Some relaxation is possible to extend of 10% on valid grounds and with prior permission of the principal. However in no case the attendance should be less than 75% separately for theory and practical’s otherwise they shall be detained from appearing for university exams.
• The students will not be allowed to appear for I / II / III sessional examinations if they fail to maintain 75% attendance in each theory & practical separately. This attendance will be calculated from day one i.e. opening date of the college. No excuses of any sort will be entertained.
• The attendance for all three sessional of theory & practical’s conducted by the college is compulsory.
• Ragging in any form within or outside the college and hostels is totally banned. When brought to the notice, defaulter will be summarily expelled from the college.
• Internal evaluation of the subject, may not be permitted to appear for the University examination.
• If the students are found weak in certain subjects they will have to attend extra classes as notified and make the required progress to come at par with the other students.
• The students should read the notice displayed on the notice board regularly and the college will not be responsible for the loss of any advantage due to the negligence of reading the notice by the students.
• Smoking or chewing gum, gutkha, pan in the premises is strictly prohibited.
• The use of electronic communication device like mobile phone, pager are strictly prohibited in the college.
• The students should not involve in any such activity which may cause damage to the college property. It will be viewed seriously and is likely to result in the recovery of the cost of damage.
• Students are bounded by rules and regulations framed by the college from time to time. Any violation of the rules shall result in disciplinary action which may lead to dismissal from the college.
• The above rules of discipline are subjected to changes or modifications. These modifications can be done whenever the Principal deems it fit & proper. The decision of the Principal shall be final and binding on the students.
• Notice board and the institutional website are the only authorized media of communication with the students and others.
